Getting Started With Therapy
Beginning the process of therapy can be frightening, and I deeply value the courage it takes to make that first call. Please feel free to ring me for a free 10 minute phone consultation, and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
If you think that therapy could be helpful for you and you wish to find out more, please do not hesitate to contact me either by telephone or e-mail to arrange an initial meeting. This will give you the chance to explore your current difficulties in more depth & think about what you may wish to gain from therapy. It will also offer you the opportunity to ask any questions you have about the process.
If you wished to proceed with therapy, we would meet for 50 minutes once a week and regularly discuss and review the therapy and your progress to ensure that you are getting what you want from our work together.
